Hatsuki Miyata
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Hatsuki Miyata is Balchem’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She joined the company in July of 2022.
Prior to joining Balchem, Ms. Miyata was Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Allegion PLC. Prior to Allegion, Ms. Miyata worked at Procter & Gamble where she progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility, including Assistant General Counsel for P&G’s Corporate and Securities group.
Ms. Miyata holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Keio University in Japan, a Master of Laws degree from the University of Tokyo School of Law and Politics, a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
