Agile Innovation Machine (AIM)
At Balchem we use a structured roadmap, with defined activities and deliverables, that allows the R&D teams to do their best work in the shortest amount of time. Balchem’s Agile Innovation Machine (AIM) is designed to advance promising concepts and separate out concepts with weaker technical or commercial prospects and focuses on understanding and meeting customer needs with new innovative products.
