Balchem Helping Hands consists of two main components – Corporate Giving and Employee Volunteering. By harnessing the collective efforts of our employees, Balchem gives back to the local communities where we operate and provides a helping hand to those in need.

The Real Faces of Dairy project started in 2016 as a way to celebrate dairy’s pioneers and visionaries and flood the internet with positive images of agriculture.
