Dr. Rousseau is global technical support manager at AB Vista based in France. She joined the company eight years ago after completing her PhD work on mineral optimization in poultry and swine with INRA (France) and Agriculture Canada. During this time, she acquired extensive knowledge on the interactions between calcium, phosphorus and animal physiology. Her latest area of interest is the dietary fiber fraction and how to better characterize it. She is investigating different strategies to optimize fiber use for monogastric diets. During this webinar, she discuss gut health, enzymes beyond the nutritional matrix value and what’s new in fiber and how to optimize the inclusion to ensure good gut health.
