Martin Reid

Martin Reid serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer. He joined the company in February of 2021. Prior to joining Balchem, Martin had over 30 years of experience of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Covidien (now Medtronic), Campbell Soup, Estee Lauder and Godiva Chocolate.
As the leader of the supply chain, Martin is responsible for developing and executing strategies that will deliver best-in-class safety, quality, service, productivity and efficiency while driving continuous improvement and collaboration.
Mr. Reid earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University.
