Do you have a flexible work schedule?
Work schedules are dependent on position and location. We currently offer remote, hybrid and onsite work schedules.
How do you support employees health and wellbeing?
Balchem offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employee health and wellbeing and a fitness reimbursement program.

What does the recruitment process involve?
Following an application submission, the process is likely to include the following:

- A talent acquisition team member will review your credentials to determine if they match our qualifications, then will contact your directly to schedule an initial phone screen.
- Further interviews may occur with the hiring manager and other members of the hiring team.
- If you are considered the best qualified candidate for the role, our team will verbally extend an offer and proceed with the hiring process.
How many rounds of interviews will there be?
The number of interview rounds is dependent upon the position. If your application is chosen to advance forward, a member of our talent acquisition team will reach out to you regarding the steps in our process.
What are the compensation and benefits like?

Will I receive feedback on my interview?
While we value every applicant and interview, feedback may not always be provided for high volume positions. However, we do make a concerted effort to provide a response to anyone who advances to the interview stage and who may not receive an offer.
Do you have an internship program?
Yes, our internship program is designed to focus on early talent development to provide students with a more comprehensive learning experience. Our internship positions are typically posted in the January/February timeframe annually.
Do I need a resumé to apply?
