Hatsuki Miyata
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Ms. Miyata is Balchem’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She joined the Company in July of 2022.
Prior to joining Balchem, Hatsuki served as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at a S&P 500 global company in the safety and access solutions industry. Prior to that, she progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility at a Fortune 100 global consumer products company.
Hatsuki has an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and an LL.M. from the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Law and Politics. She is NACD Directorship Certified® and has been recognized as Equilar’s Top 50 Diverse Board Candidates.
