Frederic Boned currently serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Human Nutrition & Health for Balchem Corporation since Nov 1, 2022.
Frederic brings over 20 years of experience in the Life Science industry, with various senior leadership roles at DSM over 10 years, in both their Human Nutrition and Personal Care & Aroma Ingredients businesses; and over a decade at Givaudan, with diverse management assignments in both their Fragrance and Flavor divisions. Frederic has a track record of driving growth strategies with broad cross-functional experience in sales, marketing, innovation, manufacturing, and P&L management in multiple geographies.
Frederic, a Swiss and French citizen, holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the Engineering School of Geneva and an exe-MBA from the Business School of Lausanne. He is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) since 2020.
