Metalosate® Liquid Foliars
Metalosate Liquids are designed for foliar application on plants to prevent or correct nutrient deficiencies that may limit crop growth and yields. Metalosate Liquid Foliars are water-soluble and nontoxic to plants when applied as directed. Balchem’s unique manufacturing process and formulations ensure your plants will get the most readily absorbable and highest quality nutrition available. The application of the Metalosate products based on our Plant Tissue Analysis T.E.A.M. approach to plant analysis allows crops to better reach optimal production levels.
Metalosate Liquid Foliars Usage Instructions
Metalosate Liquid Products can be included in a regular spray program on crops. Do not apply Metalosate foliar products undiluted. Dilute Metalosate Liquid Products with water per specific directions on the label to ensure correct application rate. Apply by a spray method and in an adequate amount of water that will provide complete coverage of the plants. Use of a non-ionic wetting agent may improve spray coverage of certain hard-to-wet plants.
For best results, apply Metalosate Liquid Products according to recommendations based on plant tissue or soil analysis. Metalosate products can be mixed with most other foliar-applied products like insecticides and fungicides; please consult individual product labels to assess the degree of material compatibility.
Consult with a Balchem Plant Nutrition representative on compatibility with other spray materials. The rate of application will depend on the crop, stage of growth, and severity of deficiency. The maximum recommended rates are for mature, full sized plants. Reduce the rates proportionately when spraying smaller plants.
