Since the implication of halogenated alkenes being major contributors to ozone depletion, products such as Ammonia, Propylene, n-Butane, Isobutane, Propane, etc. are again seeing increasing use as natural refrigerants. That’s one reason why ammonia is becoming increasingly popular in commercial applications, such as in grocery store freezer cases and refrigerated displays. Additional natural refrigerants we offer include 1 butene 2.6 , isobutene 3.0 , isobutane 2.5, n-butane 2.0, propane 2.5, ethane 2.5-5.0, methane 2.5.
