2005 – Effects of foliar application during fruit development of potassium amino acid complex and a potassium salt improved nutritional parameters with or without surfactants.
In most cases potassium amino acid complex was superior in improving nutritional and fruit quality especially in combination with surfactants.
Seasonal differences were observed.
